Reviews
Cooke’s use of musical phrases to reflect the words is inspiring. In the third track, entitled ‘I Stood on a Tower’ he uses beautiful suspensions towards the end of the piece to emphasise ‘blowing and roaring’ as the old year dies away into the new year His music is thought provoking and pleasing to the ear will certainly be looking out for more music from him, and of course more sung by the beautiful singers of Selwyn College Choir.’ Hifi May 2014
